Puzzle time....

Ok, here's the thing. My mum is stumped (and I'm a tad puzzled too) about a church quiz she's doing. It's one of these guess the name of the biscuit from the wacky clue type affairs. I give you 'posh hotel' and the biscuit is 'Ritz'. Etc etc. You get the picture.
Well, I'm just going to put it out there. Does anyone know what this biscuit could be?
