Renal Breakfast

Because of my Chronic Kidney Disease, and the renal meal plan I follow in orfer to maintain as much of my kidney function as posible, there are only certain foods that I can eat.

The things I can eat must always be measured.

So here is today's breakfast.
one cup of Special K cereal
1/2 cup of milk (my total allotment of milk for the day)

It's easy once you get used to it.

Finally, a cool down into the 80's! The rest of the week looks glorious as far as the weather goes. Busy one, though, the closer we get to Thursday.
