Wallace Monument

Another lovely day and we set off for the Wallace Monument this afternoon. The path leading up to it is quite steep and for once I was glad to have a wee spaniel pulling like mad on the lead to reach the top! The view from the top is fantastic over Stirling and to the mountains further north.

As we came back down this huge menacing cloud loomed over us. Tried hard to get Rona to walk to heel but once she knows she is on the road to the car nothing stops her!
