Our offer accepted...

Amazing stuff today!  Not long after I was up and studying I received a call from the estate agent telling me that our offer on a flat on Friday afternoon had been accepted!!!

We were dancing round the house, hugged and then thanked God. We are so excited as we thought our offer would be too low but we could not afford more as the flat needs re-wired, new heating system, new bathrooms and kitchen and a spot of decorating!

So happy!
