Red

Finished reading the Handmaid's Tale today :) it is brilliant!
The front cover is just a woman, or a 'handmaid' in her red cloak, and all the references to red in the book made me realise there's quite a bit of red in my room! It's my favourite colour so not surprising; I've actually toned down the red this year, it's more snippets of red here and there. My sewing box, my shoes, my many poppy pictures, and of course my beautiful and beloved duffle coat.
It's a tad cheerier than the handmaids' cloaks with the tartan hood though.
