Which of these 3 words is so confusing........

.......or is it the way the 3 of them have been put together???

This sign has been up for over a month and yet even now some motorists seems to think that it doesn't apply to them. They ignore the sign, go racing down the road, come screeching to a halt when they find that the road ahead is actually CLOSED, turn around and go racing back the other way.

People are stupid.
