Not quite there

I got let out of work early for (relatively) good behaviour so managed a quick cycle before the path got too dark and scary. The trees are still aren't quite at their golden glory; I'll give them a week.

Today I attended a course and once again cringed at my fellow professionals who believe it's completely acceptable to talk incessantly through presentations. It happens on every course I go to and it drives me mad. Similarly they are the ones you can spot a mile away in a restaurant for being shouty and embarrassing.

Time for a cup of tea and a chance to let my blood cool from boiling point.
