Brave Spaniel!

This morning we took ourselves along the canal to check the trees for those elusive autumn colours. D'you know what - still not quite there yet!
However, there was a swan family swanning about. Mum, Dad and two juniors paddled over to see if we had anything interesing i.e. anything edible. On previous occasions, the swans have given Rona a fair hissing so I was keeping a firm grip on that lead in case I needed to haul her out the road sharpish. No worries, the swans pretty well ignored her. Not used to being ignored, Rona stood at the top of the steps and watched them for a moment before deciding they weren't sufficiently interesting either.
