Nature watch

Last day camping today and it was scorching again. While we were getting all the tents packed away all the kids went down to play in the burn. They came up a little while later as one of them had managed to catch what he thought was a mouse. It turned out to be a water vole but he'd just brought it up to show everyone before carefully putting it back where he found it.

Once we were packed we had a quick stop in Kenmore again for coffee and a chance for the kids to play in the park before heading home. We did manage to make a quick stop at the Croft MAraig stone cirle en-route though.

A great weekend all round though with great company and great weather.
