Cabbage white butterfly
I think that's what this little white butterfly is, but correct me if you know better. It posed for me for quite a few shots this afternoon. I was using my close up filters, but it didn't seem at all intimidated with the big lens only an inch or two away from its face. I was pleased with the pictures of the little guy except for one problem: the faint blue fringing. It isn't very apparent here, but on several of my images it was very noticeable and ruined the picture. I need a photoshop expert! Can anyone steer me to a tutorial that will explain how to remove the fringing? I know it can be done, possibly using layers, but I have no idea how. Help anyone?
Large gives a better view of his face.
