Where's Wally?

In Manchester today, people watching etc.

Apparently it was the Manchester derby (manchester united versus manchester city) today.
I'm not a great football fan, these days, but I watched a number of fans getting off the trams today in the centre and they included where's Wally, who since city had won proceeded to change from a red and white stripe to a blue and white of City as he entered the centre.
Wally?.......I'm not sure!
