Mix it up!

This is the Mixture of my Christmas Cake I'm cooking right now & it smells so good :o)

First time I've made such a Cake in years.
I made these sort of cakes for the Christenings of my Children etc.

Not many people like Fruit Cakes so I just haven't made one, but thought I'd try this year & Honeybee is looking forward to helping to Ice the Cake.

I'll blip the Cooked Cake soon, then also when it is Iced.
