This was supposed to be the 30 minute starter game, but it still took us an hour, several minor tantrums and one major one (remortgaging was a traumatic experience for eldest) to complete the game.

At the end of it they actually wanted to replay so hopefully they weren't too traumatised by the cold reality of capitalism.

It has some interesting differences - if someone builds something bad next to you (a power station) then it affects your rent, the opposite if they build something good (a wind farm) - and you do need planning permission.
