Corporate Care...

When we got back from holiday we had to do the usual sort through the mail. By far the most interesting looking parcel was for me. I didn't remember ordering anything and was wracking my brains trying to work out what it was.

Turned out to be the strap for my bag.

Did you know that all Eastpak bags carry a 30 year guarantee. I snapped a buckle on my bag and decided to call it in but was certainly not optimistic that I wouldn't get the strap back without having to send off a few extra e-mails and make some phone calls and it would be swallowed by the corporate machine, but...

It arrived back safely after about 3 weeks when I just stuffed the strap in the envelope along with the warranty returns form.

I am impressed and add it to my list of guid corporate companies...
