stocking up for winter

Had a great sunday...

Core Stability class at the gym this morning... Bacon roll... then out to the botanical gardens for a bit of a walk and some air... finally huge roast chicken dinner... and just watched the strictly come dancing results, which featured Flavia and Vincent doing the most amazing argentine tango.... for anyone who lives abroad/hasn't seen strictly, they're two of the professional dancers and they're also world tango champions here's a clip on you tube that shows their dance from the other year

Last part of the drama spooks will be served shortly along with a cup of tea and a bit of chocolate... Totally satisfied...
