Security conscious?

...or typical teenage lethargy. There are 3 padlocks between the boys' bikes, but they very rarely can be bothered to set any of them - they wont even set the combination lock. They ride the bikes with the padlocks where they are, the younger wont even take the key lock off and rides with 2 locks on it.
