Outdoor Gym

We took Bella for a long walk round Arrow Valley today as she is off to the dog sitters for five days now.

They have installed this gym equipment in the play area and I think there a great idea! Will and his friend Cian did two laps of the lake on there scooters hitting a personal best of 9mins 37 secs followed by a full work out on the gym.

Cian started Taekwondo with Will tonight and seemed to enjoy it. He's a lovely lad, very, very clever and also popular,he just needs to stand tall a bit and find his inner confidence, then again it's the fact he's so humble and shy that's endearing.

I'm proud of Will, they did the high kicks competition on the kick shields again, the idea being to knock them over but it's really difficult as they are so heavy. Will managed to do it not once, but twice which not even the older black belts could do!

Off to Yorkshire tomorrow for a short break. Looking forward to the three of us having quality time.
