Elephants, Yala National Park, Sri Lanka

Our first wildlife stop of the trip was the National Park at Yala.

Our first day provided huge numbers of birds plus lots of mammals including golden jackal, spotted deer, sambhar, langurs, mongoose, wild boar, water buffalo - and elephants.
