Reflections

Went back for a second look at the Sylvia Wishart exhibition at the Pier Arts Centre. Lots of her later work involves reflections within reflections within windows. Lots of combining different views and imagery. I like it but actually think there was a bit much of it on display.

I by far prefer her landscape work, especially the winter ones. In trying to take a pic of this particular winter landscape (which for some reason had glass in front of it and was positioned opposite a window overlooking the harbour - didn't help the viewing) I ended up with reflections within reflections. Maybe the artist's ghost was trying to tell me something.
