The Fire Fighters Charity

The Fire fighters charity is a charity designed to help Fire fighters and their families when they are in need of Rehab or recoup. It also has a contract with the POA so they can fund prison officers, who have been injured, to go and use the facillities.

This is what i have been doing for the last week. 5 days of very intensive physiotherapy. They give you the whole package, from healthy eating to Psycho evaluations (by the way i am ofically sane...complicated but sane!!) with a lot of gym, fitness, hydrotherapy and fun warm ups inbetween.

It is a completely non profit organisation and it is relient on donations and fund raising to be able to function. Please check out this link if you are feeling generous today. Or if you know a fire fighter that could benefit who doesn't know about it pass the word on.

For me personally it will now be my No1 charity whenever i do any kind of fund raising. They have worked wonders for me and i now feel 100% mentally and physically.
