Home Sweet Home

Busy day today, managed a walk, late in the day. This is a view of the homestead, polytunnel in the foreground, through the gate and across the stream to the house. This building started as a 5x12 metre, wooden cabin, over the past eighteen years, years two rooms and a conservatory have been added and most recently a woodshed. beyond the house and through the vegetable garden is a barn, a very useful building indeed! There is an orchard and a chicken run to right of the house. It's been a wonderful place to bring up my girls and I still feel so grateful to be here.
