Blowing Gentle Kisses
The meadows in Yosemite are blessed with abundant milkweed, unassuming elongated grey pods that burst open to offer their lovely silky seeds to the wind. I can't get enough of walking by the river and soaking up the subtle color. The air smells of cold granite and warm pine needles and I breathe deeply, trying to fill my bones.
