popped to the farmers market this morning for my normal stash of yummy cakes & things. Very much looking forward to trying my mincemeat meringue pie after tea tonight :)

then went to meet the family for lunch and see how my parents building site is coming along. Starting to look like a house now at least so that's good. Still a few ongoing negotiations with council planning & conservation but that department never likes to see things move along smoothly!

Stella is back in the cone of shame after licking her newly unstitched stitch sites until they were sore & bleeding a little last night, such a silly girl, luckily I invested in some antibacterial wound cream so they're back on the healing track now :)
