Ok, today I made my third visit to archipelago this week, this time in Rymättylä (Finland) on the island, whose name I can't remember. I was filming a reportage about Method Putkisto pilates "camp" there. We only filmed about one hour, but then I also had the opportunity to actually try it! So, I spent six hours twisting my body in various positions and discovering muscles and joints I thought I've never had. And I liked it!!

I have never, EVER tried pilates or such. I'm seriously considering taking some pilates lessons. The down side is that it's expensive. But it's something you can take few lessons to know how to do things right and afterwards continue practicing at home. Feels like a good idea, since I'm starting to have some problems with my back.
