Out to dry.

I do place my shoes under the sun to make sure that they don't stink so much but I hardly see people who pull out the inner sole to let it dry too. Haha!

Tiring day at work and I managed to study a bit of BCM. I intend to give my entire next week to all the Psychology topics so I shall finish BCM by this week!
