Stitch in Time

The last few days have been busy with the building work and then yesterday the kitchen arrived. Great excitement! We checked it over and ticked it all off and had a good look at it, then put it back in its boxes. Not quite ready for it yet . . . . !
Today we did more wiring, sanding down of beams and some more rendering.

This afternoon I escaped to the dust free sanctuary of the "spare" room and did a bit of sewing. Not really a spare room at the moment - it's full to the gunwales - but I have managed to clear a space for the sewing machine.
