Mmmmarshmallows!

It's been a while since I made cupcakes for the shop. As I can't decorate them that well I tend not to bother and to just stick with layer cakes. These ones though seem to have come out not bad :)

If I recall the recipe correctly they are chocolate and marshmallow cupcakes. Something I would never have normally thought to combine but they taste really good apparently. I could eat the icing all say though as its basically a home made version of marshmallow Fluff. A jar of that never lasts long in this house as I eat it with a spoon!
