Fallen Apple

I realised this morning why I'd felt so lethargic and yucky at the gym yesterday - I woke up with a stinking cold and feeling generally bluuuuggghghhhhhh!!
One thing I miss about pre-children days is the ability to lie in bed when I felt ill and watch rubbish daytime TV, drink lemsip and generally mope about until I felt better!
Now I have two little girls who really don't care that Mummy feels like death and decide that it's just the day to behave as badly as possible, be as loud as can be and make as much fuss as they possibly can. About everything.
Sigh!
Luckily two lovely friends came over in shifts and made the day much more bearable. Amazing to meet random people when you have babies and nearly four years on still enjoy spending as much time as possible with them!
So I didn't venture further than my garden for my Blip today. Is it weird that I like seeing all the apples in various states of decay?!
