Bower Bird.....or not Bower Bird?

Spotted this guy in the garden this afternoon, Dawn (the Twitcher) couldn't identify it but I remembered that fellow Blue Mountain Blipper, Alive to Look had blipped something similar recently( and a better picture it was too!) here and I think I may have the similar birdy....

Pity cause I thought I had discovered a new bird and was thinking of a name for it......didn't get any further than Big Red.....Bird (I know its not red!)

Anyways I had another night at the gym.....the soreness continues!
