Fall Color

Picked up this Hasselblad in Chicago. :-) My idea was to take a picture with my Canon through the kaleidoscope of the fall leaves, which would be a different way to see the colors, but it didn't work so great-
SO here is my Japanese Maple, this way. And you get to see the camera! this might be the last beautiful day for a bit--those clouds are finally rolling in...

Off to Carmen at the Seattle Opera tonight, less than a week after Lucia at the Lyric in Chicago - we'll try not to make too many comparisons.....
