For me, this (the photo I have photographed, not my own snap, dummy) is the shot of 2011 - and someone must roughly agree cos they took the time and care to print it out mahoosive and gaffer tape it to the portico pillars that mark the boundary of the St Paul's Occupation.

It was taken the same day I took this by someone I know only as Heard in London who pops up lots in my Twitter timeline. She's an awesome photographer who's pretty much comprehensively documented the growing dissent against the coalition's social engineering over the last 12 months. Have a look see.
