After 18 months of battling with my management accounts I've finally got my head around it. Put my out of office and answer phone on and head down and get on with them. Have them pretty much done 11 hours later ... it usually takes me 4 days. Very happy! I can start to relax now ... this year's been pretty stressful.

Jules makes an unexpected visit up ... light the fire and have a quiet evening in with Mac. Winter seems to have arrived!
