Endive

Wednesday is Veggieday. We've subscribed to a biological vegetable service to get us a bag full of fresh and seasonal loveliness from greener pastures every week. It's a great motivation to eat lots of vegetables and makes you really creative in cooking: you have to deal with the stuff you get.

Today I chose endive, and endive should be accompanied by a delicious (biological) smoked sausage. So there you go.
