I want that in my garden!

On my road this tree is standing - I dont know the name - but I really like it and want one in my garden.
Mickey and i went for a long walk..and as you can see the weather was fine when we left. But suddently its raining and hail and we were very wet when we got home again.
Now I have 2 days off from the office - jubiiiiii
