The Customer is always.... errrr

Right, or so we are told. I had a call with one today and, well they were most certainly not. It is a difficult one as we are alarmingly honest and do always try and give the best advice we can. The old adage 'a little knowledge is a dangerous thing' rang true in the call. I was told all about Content Management Systems or (CMS Systems) as the person in question kept calling them, which annoyed me further.

I'd like the work as they are an existing customer and the boss is a very good friend but, after one call I have a feeling it is going to be a disaster...

Hmmm, one to ponder I think.

Apart from that a good day, annual hunt the scarf game this morning and a band practise tonight.
