... on steps leading down to the old disused railway line between East Grinstead and Crawley which is now a lovely footpath through the woods called the Worth Way.

Feeling shattered today, hence the bleak blip! Have had a stinking cold and dreadful cough for days that just won't go. I wanted to spend all day tucked up in bed with the heating on and someone making me chicken noodle soup and frequent cups of tea.

No chance!
