Monotone Pusscat

Atticus has been wearing a conical collar for 12 days now and he's not very happy about it. Most of the time he's borne the indignity and frustration very well, but today he was decidedly grumpy and, well, monotone.

In contrast, I've had a colourful day, including an inspirational meeting, a touching conversation with someone I got to know better in 15 minutes of proper conversation today than in the 15 years or so I've known who she is, an exploration of Prezi software (anyone use it?) and a restorative chat and pray with some lovely friends.
