hippy dippy remedies...

bit of a blip and run tonight...

The cold is on the mend and I'm feeling much better. I've also been for acupuncture, so I'm all relaxed and sleepy now...

I go to Napiers a herbalist alternative therapy place, who specialise in all things hippy dippy, including nice bath oils, and lotions and potions and posh organic tea and snacks... I also treated myself to a pack of Montezuma's chilli drinking chocolate... so I am at one with the world...

As I've previously stated it seems to be mumbo jumbo, but it works and I am a convert. However in the name of balance you should watch this Dara O'Brien clip as it is very true and always makes me giggle : )
