The things we take for granted

So I've been without a flushing toilet for three weeks and on Sunday the plumber came and took away the cistern - apparently the shop don't know which part to order and the only way to tell is to take it in! It got fixed this afternoon - thankfully - we really do take some things for granted don't we?
