Borage!

(I think it's borage, but I'm often wrong!)

It's growing in the garden of a friend who cultivates such wonderful fruit and vegetables that I suspect she must have Findhorn connections.

I've had my first session of Bowen treatment today. I think it was amazing!
But we'll see what tomorrow brings.
Himself is less impressed owing to the way it affected my driving.
I'd driven a fair few miles of the way back before realising I was still in third gear!

Some might say 'no change there then'.

Sigh.

I'm going to have a very early night. I don't know whether it's supposed to make you tired, but I'm going with the flow!
