On my way..

..home tonight the sun was shining directly into my eyes and because the sun takes so long to go down at the moment it lasted all the way home, all 18 minutes my commute takes that is :-) Not good for driving in but I hoped I could make something of the light when I got home. This is one of several fruit and veg' shops at our end of Istergade - the most multicultural street in Copenhagen. This is the "nice" end of the street, about 2km down at the other end is central station, where there are porn shops, prostitutes and drug dealers (all very multicultural too).

Just for orientation, this shot would not have been impossible last year or for the last 100 years for that matter, the sun would have been blocked by the tree that was chopped down a week or so ago. (The one I blipped about three times).
