Four Seasons in One Day

We've had our fair share of the weather today ....

I was in Asda in Girvan today and missed the lightening but the biggest roll of thunder that I've heard in 20 years shook the building and the sky outside was so dark it was almost twilight!

Driving back down the coast home, the wind was so strong and blustery it was blowing our estate car around the road.

This afternoon, it darkened in again and started to hail. It lay on the patio for a few minutes, just long enough to get a photograph.

We've had some lovely autumn sunshine since then.

Reminds me of that wonderful song ... Four Seasons in One Day...!

In other news ... thank you so much for your lovely comments regarding the craft fayre. We raised £80 to give to BRICC which was brilliant and despite the weather we had a wonderful time.
