Tonight's Dessert

Tonight we'll have dinner with my sister and her husband in Rotterdam.
The dessert is my part, I know this tarte tatin will be yum.
(it's from the same recipe and apples as 10 days ago, but today I added another fruit, which brings out the the pink juice )

My sister will take care of the rest.
I am curious and full of confidence.
