Rainy flowers

I never quite got round to posting today's blip (or yesterday's for that matter), so it's time for a back blip.

It started raining as just before I left the flat to walk to the gym and continued to rain for the entire rest of the day. Although it does rain quite a lot here in Edinburgh (grumble grumble), it's not often that it rains quite so heavily and continuously for an entire day.

I snapped these flowers on my way home from the gym - it's not a fabulous photo but A) my camera battery was about to die so my camera was having difficulties focusing and B) I wasn't feeling too enthusiastic about standing still in the rain for longer than about 10 seconds and getting my camera wet.
