Dill Meat

Ok, food again. Hey, it was an extremely lazy weekend. Huzzah!

I was over at Greenzowie's house for tea on Sunday and she served up one of her favourite Finnish dishes, Tilliliha or Dill Meat. This is lamb cooked with dill and black pepper then served in a white sauce with sugar and vinegar. It was accompanied by boiled potatoes and maple syrup roast parsnips, a recipe invented out of necessity as she had no honey.

All's I can say is "Om nom nom nom!"
