True Colours

Such Great Heights

I have a well honed circuit of Edinburgh, perfected over numerous visits of friends to the capital. Always on the list is a trip up the Scott Monument. Standing at ground level, you would never think that you could ascend quite so high, through the dark and gloomy spirals barely wide enough to fit my pathetic excuse for a shoulder girth let alone a normal person, before breaking out into the windy open air with fantastic views all over the city and the surrounding counties.

Amazing.

I also spent a total of four hours in Weatherpoons today to satisfy the sport-watching needs of others. And had two of my three meals there. The other of which was a Chinese takeaway. My skin is going to EXPLODE.
