First Rose

The first rose of a new season - Scentasia.
A patio-spray rose with fragrant delicate yellow blooms - special as its used in many gardens for the blind.

A cool sunny start to our day which has now turned cold, grey and very windy, quite different to yesterday. Daughter E is cooking tea tonight, filo chicken wraps - a filling with cinnamon, coriander, almonds, garlic, onion and chicken - mmmm sounds delicious!

I hope to catch up with your journals tonight, as I'm feeling more awake than last night after being by the sea.
