Overnight Parking

This city, it strikes me, would grind to a halt if it were not for Valet Parking, which seems to exist on every street corner or available piece of free land.

This is the available accommodation for the poor sods who stay w/the cars overnight. And for some of the people who work these jobs, it probably represents a step up from their own homes!!

I didn't enquire if the buckets were, in fact, the en-suite facilities.
