~Red Yucca~
This desert plant is in mid-bloom.
It is still forming flower buds.
And at the same time
seed pods are growing.
These flower stocks can grow
to five or six feet in height.
The flower are so small and narrow
only a single bee can enter at a time.
The Red Yucca really adds a splash of
color to the surrounding environment.
