Gilpin Lodge

This is the do not disturb gonk from Gilpin Lodge that's situated just outside Windermere in the Lake district.
It's a truly wonderful and unique hotel with a fantastic restaurant that excels in fine dining.
They've just been awarded the AA award for best small hotel in the UK and it's ricgly deserved.
If you're ever looking for a quiet weekend in fantastic surroundings I highly recommend this hotel. Don't just take my word for it either. The last time we visited Lisa Stansfield was also visiting and she loved it as well.
